心理护理结合健康教育对冠心病心绞痛患者的影响分析

目的:探讨心理护理结合健康教育对冠心病心绞痛患者的影响。方法:研究对象为本院2019年2月至2020年2月收治的冠心病心绞痛患者50例,按照护理方式差异将其分为对照组(n=25,予以常规护理)和研究组(n=25,在对照组基础上实施心理护理联合健康教育)。比较两组护理前后心率、血压、心绞痛发作次数变化情况,并采用西雅图心绞痛量表(SAQ)评价两组护理前后生活质量改善情况。结果:研究组护理后的心率、血压水平均低于对照组,心绞痛发作次数少于对照组(P<0.05);且与对照组相比,研究组SAQ评分明显升高(P<0.05)。结论:心理护理结合健康教育能有效改善冠心病心绞痛患者的临床症状,减少心绞痛发作,提高患者生活质量。

Effect of psychological nursing combined with health education on patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris

Objective:To explore the effect of psychological nursing combined with health education on patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris.Methods:The subjects were 50 patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris in our hospital from February 2019 to February 2020.They were divided into control group(n=25 for routine nursing)and study group(n=25 for psychological nursing combined health education on the basis of the control group).The changes of heart rate,blood pressure and angina pectoris attack frequency were compared between the two groups before and after nursing,and Seattle Angina scale(SAQ)was used to evaluate the quality of life of the two groups before and after nursing.Results:After nursing,the heart rate and blood pressure of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the frequency of angina pectoris attack was less than that of the control group(P<0.05);and compared with the control group,the SAQ score of the study group was significantly increased(P<0.05).Conclusion:Psychological nursing combined with health education can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris,reduce the incidence of angina pectoris,and improve the quality of life of patients.
