护理辅助性综合干预在喉癌术后放化疗患者中的应用方法及效果

目的分析喉癌术后放化疗患者接受护理辅助性综合干预的方法及效果。方法将2019年1月~2020年4月作为研究时间段,选取期间我院接诊的50例喉癌术后放化疗患者,另将随机数字表法作为分组依据,将全部病例分为对照组(提供常规护理,纳入25例)、研究组(提供护理辅助性综合干预,纳入25例),对组间生活质量评分(EORTC QLQ-C30)展开分析。结果研究组各项EORTC QLQ-C30评分在干预后均高于对照组,P<0.05。结论护理辅助性综合干预对改善喉癌术后放化疗患者生活质量效果显著,值得推广。

Application method and effect of nursing auxiliary comprehensive intervention in patients with postoperative radiotherapy and chemotherapy for laryngeal cancer

Objective To analyze the methods and effects of nursing-assisted comprehensive intervention for patients with postoperative radiotherapy and chemotherapy for laryngeal cancer.Methods The period from January 2019 to April 2020 was selected as the research period.50 patients with laryngocarcinoma undergoing radiotherapy and chemotherapy received in our hospital during the period were selected.The random number table was used as the basis for grouping,and all cases were divided into controls Group(providing routine care,25 cases included),research group(providing nursing-assisted comprehensive intervention,including 25 cases),analyze the quality of life score between groups(EORTC QLQ-C30).Results The EORTC QLQ-C30 scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group after intervention,P<0.05.Conclusion Nursing-assisted comprehensive intervention has a significant effect on improving the quality of life of patients with postoperative radiotherapy and chemotherapy for laryngeal cancer,which is worthy of promotion.
