| Abstract: | Fibromatosis of the breast results in aggressive, infiltrative lesions with a tendency for local recurrence. A case of bilateral fibromatosis of the breast treated with nipple-sparing skin-sparing mastectomy and vertical latissimus dorsi flap reconstruction occurring in 22-year-old woman is described herein. |
