| 摘 要： | 肥人多崩漏,病机根本为脾虚,同时易夹杂湿热下注、阴虚阳亢、肾阳亏虚、瘀血阻塞之证,病理机转复杂,不易根治.治疗上第一要务是针对病因以止血、健脾化湿为治疗大法,祛瘀扶正均当兼顾,同时贯彻"治未病"理念以防复,并总结了治疗肥人崩漏的特色用药.

| Abstract: | Metrorrhagia is an acute and critical disease in gynecology of traditional Chinese medicine.Obese people are more likely to suffer metrorrhagia.Its pathogenesis is spleen deficiency,and it is easy to be mixed with thigh swelling with pattern of dampness-heat diffusing downward,syndrome of yang hyperactivity and yin deficiency,kidney yang deficiency,and syndrome of static blood blocking orifice.The priority in treatment is to stop bleeding,invigorate spleen for eliminating dampness according to the cause of the disease.We should give consideration to both dispelling stasis and strengthening vital qi;at the same time,the concept of"treating disease before its onset"should be implemented to prevent recurrence.The characteristic medications for the treatment of obese patients with metrorrhagia are summarized. |
