诊断性刮宫术后应用米非司酮联合曼月乐治疗围绝经期异常子宫出血患者的效果分析

目的:分析围绝经期异常子宫出血患者在诊断性刮宫术后予以米非司酮联合曼月乐进行治疗的临床效果。方法:从2018年2月至2019年8月来本院就诊的围绝经期异常子宫出血患者中选择60例,采用奇偶法分为参照组(n=30)和联合组(n=30)。参照组单独应用米非司酮治疗;联合组在参照组基础上联合曼月乐进行治疗。对比两组治疗前后的子宫内膜厚度与血红蛋白含量;比较两组临床治疗效果。结果:治疗前两组患者子宫内膜厚度与血红蛋白含量均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后联合组各项指标均明显优于参照组,临床治疗效果明显高于参照组,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:围绝经期异常子宫出血患者行诊断性刮宫术后采用米非司酮联合曼月乐进行治疗,可显著优化子宫内膜厚度与血红蛋白含量指标,从而提高临床治疗效果,对患者预后具有积极作用。

Clinical effect analysis of mifepristone combined with Mirena in the treatment of perimenopausal patients with abnormal uterine bleeding after diagnostic curettage

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of mifepristone combined with Mirena in the treatment of perimenopausal patients with abnormal uterine bleeding after diagnostic curettion.Methods:60 patients with abnormal uterine bleeding during perimenopausal period who came to our hospital from February 2018 to August 2019 were selected and divided into the reference group(n=30)and the combined group(n=30)by odd-even method.The reference group was treated with mifepristone alone.The combined group was treated with Mirena in addition to the reference group.Endometrial thickness and hemoglobin content before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.The clinical treatment effect of the two groups was compared.Results:Before treatment,there was no statistical significance in endometrial thickness and hemoglobin content in two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,all indexes of the combined group were significantly better than the reference group,and the clinical treatment effect was significantly higher than the reference group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusions:Mifepristone combined with Mirena in the treatment of perimenopausal patients with abnormal uterine bleeding after diagnostic curetation can significantly optimize endometrial thickness and hemoglobin content indexes,thus improving the clinical treatment effect and has a positive effect on the prognosis of patients.
