| 摘 要： | 初步探讨复发性口腔溃疡（ｒｅｃｕｒｒｅｎｔｏｒａｌｕｌｃｅｒ，ＲＯＵ）患者的发病与其口腔中的幽门螺杆菌（ｈｅｌｉｃｏｂａｃｔｅｒｐｙｌｏｒｉ，Ｈｐ）之间的关系。方法：通过聚合酶链反应（ｐｏｌｙｍｅｒａｓｅｃｈａｉｎｒｅａｃｔｉｏｎ，ＰＣＲ），对每位ＲＯＵ患者口腔中６个不同牙位龈上、龈下共１２份菌斑进行检测，同时设立健康对照组，比较两组检测结果。结果：共检测ＲＯＵ患者７２例，对照组９４例；Ｈｐ阳性率

| Abstract: | AIM:To investigate the relationship between Helicobacter pylori(Hp) and recurrent oral ulcer(ROU). METHODS: The distribution of Hp on the supragingival and subgingival dental plaque of 72 patients with ROU and 94 healthy persons were studied. 1992 plaques were collected from 6 teeth in each subject for polymerase chain reaction(PCR) assay. RESULTS: 56.94% of ROU patients and 28.72% of the control group were caught up Hp, there was a significantly different between two groups(P<0.01); The Hp-positive rate of the major ROU was enhanced obviously to minor-ROU ( P <0.05). CONCLUSION: Hp perhaps is one of the pathogen to ROU and it is indicated that the relationship between Hp and ROU is close clinically. But need further studies. |
