摘    要:目的测定河南产百合提取物中多糖的含量.方法采用苯酚-硫酸比色法.结果百合多糖含量为16.69%.结论方法简便,结果准确,重现性好,平均回收率为99.42%.

Abstract:Objective To determine the content of polysaccharides in Henan's lilium brownii extraction. Method Content determination with phenol-vitriolic colorimetry. Result The polysaccharides content from the lilium brownii was 16.69%. Conclusion The method was found to be simple, accurate and with a good reproducibility. Recovery rate was 99.42%.
