| 摘 要： | 目的：测算沈阳、成都和西宁等4城市社区公共卫生服务项目成本．为完善其社区卫生服务补偿机制提供基本依据。方法：调查社区卫生服务机构在提供社区公共卫生服务过程中6大类成本的消耗情况．用成本测算方法计算出各服务项目的成本。结果：2003年各城市开展的公共卫生服务项目和准公共卫生服务项目平均为13项和10项，其人均成本平均为0．74元和1．07元结论：4城市社区公共卫生服务项目成本较低，按各市目前开展规模测算，政府投入明显不足 |

| Abstract: | Objective: To calculate the costs of community public health service items in Shenyang and other three cities and provide reference for the community health service reimbursement system .Methods: Six kinds of costs that consumed in the public health services were collected, then the cost estimation method was used to calculate the item costs.Results: The average number of public health service items and semi-public health service items that provided in four cities in 2003 is 13 and 10, the average per capita costs of them are 0.74 Yuan (RMB) and 1.07 Yuan (RMB) respectively.Conclusion: The cost of community public health services provided in four cities is low, however, the gvoernment's input is still insufficient according to the amount of public health services supplied at present. |
