血管内皮生长因子与激素性股骨头坏死关系的研究进展

摘    要:长期使用或短期大量使用肾上腺皮质激素(以下简称激素),引起的股骨头缺血坏死(Femoral Head Necrosis简称FHN)已引起医学界的广泛关注。但是由于其发病机理至今未能完全明确,大部分病人早期得不到明确诊断,临床上亦缺乏行之有效的防治方法。目前对激素性股骨头坏死机制的研究已经提出许多分散的理论,但均未能完全阐明激素性股骨头缺血坏死的发病机理,至今仍有许多质疑。随着血管相关性因子,尤其主要促血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的研究不断深入,激素性股骨头坏死的机制与VEGF关系的研究也随之深入,本文对VEGF与激素性股骨头坏死关系的研究作一综述。

Abstract:The use of long-term or short-term use of a large number of adrenocorticotropic hormone, caused avascular necrosis of femoral head has drawn wide attention from the medical profession. But because its pathogenesis has not been cleared, most of the patients can not been diagnosed early. Furthermore there is a lack of effective prevention and treatment methods in clinical. Recently, the pathogenesis of steroid-induced osteonecrosis of the femoral head has been determinated in many theories of decentralization. But there are still many doubts. With the progress of vascular factors, in particular the major vascular growth factor VEGF, the relationship between VEGF and steroid-induced osteonecrosis of the femoral head has been developed rapidly. In this paper, the relation between VEGF and steroid-induced osteonecrosis of the femoral head is reviewed.
