| 摘 要： | 目的了解攀枝花市医疗卫生行业辐射安全管理状况。方法在统一的质量控制条件下,采用统一的方法和要求,对辖区内所有开展辐射应用的医院进行问卷调查。结果攀枝花市医疗卫生行业辐射安全管理状况按医院等级不同存在等级差异。结论攀枝花市辐射安全管理整体上处于良好水平,但不同等级的医院的辐射安全管理存在明显的差异。医院决策层、科室管理层、员工个人等对辐射安全的重视程度是造成辐射安全与安全文化素养差异的主要原因。
