2003—2012年百色市医疗保健机构消毒灭菌效果监测分析

目的了解百色市各级医疗保健机构消毒灭菌效果，提高消毒灭菌质量，加强医院感染管理。方法采用现场采样检测方法对百色市120家各级医疗机构的消毒效果进行监测。结果2003—2012年连续10年共监测样品15752份，合格14817份，消毒效果监测总合格率为94．06％，各年度监测合格率分别为90．56％、91．08％、91．42％、93．65％、93．99％、95．16％、94．95％、96．36％、97．00％、97．49％，呈逐年升高趋势；各监测项目中室内空气、使用中消毒剂、医护人员手、物体表面、灭菌物品、紫外线灯辐照强度的平均合格率分别为91．14％、93．63％、95．98％、92．27％、100．00％、82．93％，除了灭菌物品消毒合格率为100．00％外，其余各组合格率也逐年增高；不同级别医疗保健机构监测总合格率分别为97．64％、94．63％、94．94％、92．12％，经妒检验分析，除室内空气及灭菌物品外，其余各项差异均有统计学意义。结论百色市各级医疗保健机构消毒灭菌整体质量较好，但室内空气、物体表面和紫外线灯辐照强度合格率较低，仍需加强消毒重点环节的监督与管理。

Disinfection sterilization effect detection analysis of medical institutions in Baise city during 2003 -2012

Objective To understand the disinfection sterilization effect of medical and health institutions of all level in Baise city, improves the quality of the disinfection sterilization effect, strengthens the hospital infection management. Methods Take the sampling scene examination method, to monitor the disinfection sterilization effect to 120 medical institutions of all level in Baise city. Results In the 10 years from 2003 - 2012, moni-tored samples 15 752 in total, 14 817 were qualified; the disinfection effect rate is 94.06%. Annual monito-ring qualified rate for each year is 90. 56% , 91.08% , 91.42% , 93.65% , 93.99% , 95.16% , 94.95% , 96. 36%, 97.00%, 97.49% respectively, indicated an tendency of increase year by year; In each monitor project, the average qualified rate for air in the room , disinfectant which in use, medical care personnel hands, object surface, antiseptic goods, the ultraviolet lamp exposure were 91.14% , 93.63% , 95.98% , 92.27% , 100. 00% , 82. 93% respectively, indicated besides the antiseptic goods disinfection qualified rate is 100. 00% , qualified rate of other groups were improved year by year either; total motoring qualified rate for different level~ of medical and health institutions were 97.64%, 94.63%, 94.94%, 92. 12% respectively, detected and analysed by X2, other differences for each group all have statistics significance beside air in the room and the antiseptic goods. Conclusions The disinfection sterilization effect quality is overall good of all levelg medical and health institutions in Baise city; however the qualified rate is low of air in the room, object surface and the ultraviolet lamp exposure, still had to strengthen the surveillance and management of the key disinfection links.
