桂林市 2011 -2012 年艾滋病自愿咨询检测结果分析

目的对桂林市2011—2012年艾滋病自愿咨询检测（VCT）人群的数据进行分析，了解VCT人群的情况，提升通过VCT遏制艾滋病传播的能力。方法对2011—2012年桂林市VCT人群的调查结果进行比较分析。结果20350名求询者接受了咨询和血清HIV抗体检测，以20～29岁年龄组所占比例最高，其次为30～39岁年龄组；求询者以商业异性性行为和非商业异性性行为为主，其次为配偶／固定性伴HIV阳性者；求询者HIV抗体阳性总检出率为12．05％，不同类型求询者抗体阳性检出率不同，由高到低依次为有配偶固定性伴抗体阳性者、男男性行为者、商业异性性行为者、非商业异性性行为者、母亲抗体阳性者、有注射毒品史者。结论桂林市2011—2012年VCT发现了大量的HIV感染者，人群HIV感染率高，性传播是主要的传播途径，随年龄增加感染率增高，婚内传染不容忽视，应加强VCT推广。

AIDS voluntary counseling testing results in Guilin 2011 -2012

Objective Through the analysis oI oetecuon popul,~ J （VCT） in Guilin from 2011 to 2012, get more knowledge of VCT people, and enhance the ability of VCT to contain the spread of aids. Methods Comparative Analysis the data of the 2011 -2012 Guilin VCT popula- tion. Results There are 20 350 people accepted voluntary counseling and serum HIV antibody test, the 20 - 29 age groups was the highest proportion, followed by the 30 -39 age groups. Clients were mainly commercial heterosexual sex and non- commercial heterosexual sex, followed by spouse / regular sexual partners of HIV - positive. Clients HIV positive detection rate was 12. 05%. Different types for the inquiring antibody positive detection rate were not same, in descending order for spouse regular sexual partners, MSM, commercial heter- osexual sex, non -commercial heterosexual sex, maternal antibody positive and history of injecting drug use. Conclusions There are a large number of HIV - infected people have been found though VCT in Guilin be- tween 2011 and 2012. Populations with high HIV prevalence, sexual transmission is the major route of trans- mission, increased infection rate increased with age, marital infection can not be ignored, VCT promotion should be strengthen.
