4起食用白采野生蜂蜜引起中毒事件的调查分析

目的分析4起食用自采野生蜂蜜引起中毒死亡事件的原因，为今后预防和控制相关食物中毒提供依据。方法对2006—2007年因食用自采野生蜂蜜发生中毒事件资料进行统计分析。结果2006—2007年环江县共发生4起食用自采野生蜂蜜引起中毒的事件，食用人数33人，中毒发病20人，发病率60．61％；其中4人死亡，死亡率20．00％。结论应加强对食用野生蜂蜜的宣传工作，杜绝类似事件的发生。

Investigation of four poison incidents caused from eating self- pick wild honey

Objective To analyze four edible causes of poisoning deaths since the gather wild honey, provide the basis for future prevention and control of relevant food poisoning. Methods Statistical analyze the data of hon-ey poisoning incidents after taking the gather wild honey from 2006 to 2007. Results From 2006 to 2007, there are four poisoning cases which are caused by the consumption of the gather wild honey. 33 people took the wild honey and 20 of them got poisoned, the incidence of morbidity is 60.61%. Those cases resulted in the death of 4 people, caused a 20% mortality. Conclusions The propaganda work of edible wild honey should be strengthen, to prevent similar affairs to happen.
