| 摘 要： | 目的了解无锡市从业人员戊型肝炎病毒感染状况。方法对无锡市2010—2012年118253名从业人员戊型肝炎病毒IgM抗体进行检测。结果118253名从业人员中戊型肝炎病毒IgM抗体阳性者124名，阳性率为0．11％。其中从事食品行业者阳性82名，阳性率为0．12％；公共场所等行业阳性者42名，阳性率为0．09％。结论无锡市从业人员戊型肝炎IgM抗体阳性率低，且3年来无明显变化。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the prevalence of hepatitis E virus （HEV） infection in Wuxi. Methods Serum sample were collected from 118253 employees work in restaurant and public places during 2010 -2012 in Wuxi. Anti -HEV IgM was tested by commercial ELISA kit. Results Overall, 124 individuals （0. 11% ） were positive for anti - HEV IgM, including 82 （0. 12% ） individuals work in food industnios and 42 （0. 09% ） individuals from the public places. Conclusions The prevalence of anti - HEV IgM in Wuxi is low, and hasnI changed significantly during the last three years. |
