石家庄从业人员谷丙转氨酶情况调查分析

目的通过调查了解石家庄市从业人员血清谷丙转氨酶异常情况，探讨防控策略。方法石家庄市疾控中心体检所2010—2012年从业人员体检血液检验结果和登记人员资料，对谷丙转氨酶异常者进行问卷调查。结果374424名从业人员体检中，谷丙转氨酶异常者17909人，异常发生率4，78／万；2010—2012年谷丙转氨酶异常发生率呈逐年上升趋势。结论推行大众化的相关健康教育，重视、预防谷丙转氨酶异常。
