承德市双滦区2008—2012年艾滋病疫情分析

目的根据承德市双栾区历年艾滋病（HIV／AIDS）疫情流行特征,为制定艾滋病防控措施提供科学依据。方法采用描述性统计方法对双栾区2008—2012年艾滋病疫情和流行病学调查资料进行分析。结果双滦区自2008年从外辖区转进首例艾滋病感染者以来,疫情呈明显上升趋势;以男性高文化程度的工人为主,疫情已在本地扩散;病例主要通过医疗机构就诊检测、疾控中心自愿咨询检测、劳教人员监测及献血中发现。除2008年因行政区划转入本区的1例卖血感染者外,之后全是因性传播感染,男男性接触感染病例明显增多。结论艾滋病疫情已由高危人群向普通人群扩散。应进一步加强宣传、加大医院主动监测和对特定人群的行为干预,积极采取综合防控措施以控制艾滋病传播与流行。

Epidemic situation analysis of AIDS during 2008 - 2012 in Shuangluan District of Chengde city

Objective In order to provide scientific proof for making efficient measurement to defend AIDS ac-cording to its situation recent years in Shuangluan district. Methods Descriptive statistics were used to analy-sis investigation document about AIDS situation and epidemiology during years of 2008-2012. Results The number of AIDS people is continually increased since the first one was transferred from other district in 2008. Predominantly male high - cultural level of workers, this disease has spreading in the whole district. Cases are mainly through voluntary counseling clinic detection, the centers for disease control and prevention of medical institutions found in testing, through labor personnel monitoring and blood donztion. All AIDS people in Shuangluan district are injected through sex, except the first one was injected by selling blood illegally in 2008. The number of injected though MSMs are obviously increased. Conclusions AIDS is spreading from high risk people to ordinary people, should make further effort to strengthen public knowledge of AIDS, im-prove the hospital initiative mornitoring and conduct behavioual intervention for high risk population, to control its spreading and population.
