2009—2012年石嘴山市流行性感冒监测结果分析

目的分析2009—2012年石嘴山市流行性感冒监测结果，了解其流行趋势及病毒优势株的变化，为防控提供科学依据。方法通过流行性感冒监测信息系统计算哨点医院流感样病例就诊比例，并采集病例标本进行病原学检测，通过疾病监测信息报告管理系统统计流感病例报告例数进行综合分析。结果石嘴山市流行性感冒毒株以A型为主，A（H1N1）亚型和A（H3N2）亚型同时存在，交替成为优势株，B型隔年出现，与A型共存。结论应加强流感监测，分析流行性感冒病毒优势毒株，以便预防控制流感的流行。

Influenza surveillance results analysis during 2009-2012 in Shizuishan

Objective Analysis of shizuishan influenza surveillance in 2009-2012 as a result, understanding of its change trends and advantages of virus strains, to provide a scientific basis for prevention and control . Methods Through the calculation of influenza surveillance information system of influenza-like cases sentinel hospital proportion, collecting specimens for influenza- like illness pathogen detection, through disease sur-veillance information management system for statistical reporting influenza cases reported number of cases were analyzed. Results Influenza virus type A dominated , A （ H1N1 ） subtype and the A （ H3 N2） subtypes exist, alternately become the dominant strain , B - type emerge next year , with the A - type coexist. Conclusions Should strengthen supervision of influenza, analyze superiority strains of influenza viruses, prevention and con-trol of influenza pandemic.
