| 摘 要： | 报告15例新型布尼亚病毒感染患者的护理.对15例新型布尼亚病毒感染患者进行护理,发现该类患者存在起病急、持续高热、腹泻、明显乏力、肌肉酸痛、血小板与白细胞明显降低及多器官功能受损的临床特点.仔细观察病情,严密消毒防护,做好发热、出血、饮食及心理护理,加上适当的对症及支持治疗,可促进患者康复.

| Abstract: | This paper summarizes the nursing care of 15 patients infected by novel Bunyavirus.The patients manifested with rapid onset,persist high fever,diarrhea,obvious fatigue,muscle aches,thrombocytopenia,leukocytopenia and multiple organs dysfunction.Careful observation of the changes of symptoms,strict disinfection and protection,symptomatic care of fever and bleeding,diet and psychological care,and supportive treatment could contribute to disease recovery. |
