慢性肾衰竭病人甲状旁腺素和降钙素的检测

目的探讨慢性肾衰竭（ＣＲＦ）病人甲状旁腺素（ＰＴＨ）、降钙素（ＣＴ）的变化及其与相关因素的关系。②方法应用放射免疫法对３０例ＣＲＦ病人的ＰＴＨ，ＣＴ进行了测定，同时测定了尿素氮（ＢＵＮ）、肌酐（Ｃｒ）、钙（Ｃａ）、磷（Ｐ）、二氧化碳结合力（ＣＯ２－ＣＰ）和总蛋白，并与对照组（１２例）进行比较。③结果ＣＲＦ病人ＰＴＨ，ＣＴ及ＰＴＨ／ＣＴ高于对照组（ｔ＝５０．７０～１７７．２０，Ｐ＜０．０１），ＰＴＨ升高与ＢＵＮ，Ｐ，Ｃｒ，总蛋白呈正相关，与血钙呈负相关（ｒ＝０．７２８～０．８１９，－０．８１８，Ｐ＜０．０１）。④结论ＣＲＦ病人ＰＴＨ升高主要与肾功能减退使其体内潴留所致，而ＣＴ升高还与其分泌谱改变有关。

STUDY OF PARATHYROID HORMONE AND CALCITONIN IN PATIENTS WITH CHRONIC RENAL FAILURE

Objective To investigate the changes of parathyroid hormone(PTH) and calcitonin(CT) and the correlative factors in patients with chronic renal failure (CRF). Methods PTH and CT in 30 CRF patients were measured with radioimmunoassasy, and the plasma blood urea nitrogen(BUN), creatinine(Cr), calcium(Ca), phosphorus(P), CO 2 combined power(CO 2 CP) and totle protein (TP) were also measured and compared with 12 controls. Results The PTH, CT and PTH/CT ratio were significantly higher than those in the controls( t=50.70-177.20,P <0.01). The PTH was positively correlative to the BUN, P, Cr,TP, and negatively correlative to the Ca ( r=0.728-0.819,-0.818,P<0.01 ). Conclusion The increase of PTH in CRF patients resuits from the retention of PTH in the bodies because of the decrease of renal function, but the incerease of CT has also relation to its secretion chart.
