| 摘 要： | 目的探讨病案质量各环节管理,提高病案质量。方法健全病案管理体制;制定规范,落实制度;做好病案全程监控;建立奖惩机制。结果病案质量显著提高。结论病案质量标准化、规范化、制度化管理是提高病案质量的根本保证。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the management of each link in medical records quality in order to improve the quality.Methods（1）establish medical records quality management committee and perfect the management system;（2）develop and implement the specifications;（3）implement overall monitoring of medical records;（4）establish rewards and punishment system;Results Quality of medical records was improved significantly.Conclusion The management of medical records quality should be standardized,normalized and institutionalized,which is the fundamental guarantee to improve medical records quality. |
