妊娠早期妊娠相关血浆蛋白A水平与自发性早产的关系研究

目的探讨妊娠早期母体血清妊娠相关蛋白A（PAPP-A）水平与自发性早产的关系。方法采用ELISA法检测妊娠11～14周孕妇血清PAPP-A水平,并跟踪至妊娠终止,对所得数据进行分析。结果妊娠早期血清PAPP-A水平低的孕妇发生自发性早产的风险及可能性增加,两者呈正相关（r=0.964,P〈0.05）。结论妊娠早期血清PAPP-A水平平过低,可能存在胎盘滋养层功能受损,从而导致自发性早产,妊娠早期测定血清PAPP-A水可能对预防自发性早产有所帮助。

The relationship between the levels of pregnancy-associated plasma protein-A at early pregnancy and spontaneous premature delivery

Objective To investigate the relationship between the levels of pregnancy-associated plasma protein-A at early pregnancy and spontaneous premature delivery.Methods The maternal serum PAPP-A levels were detected in at 11 ～ 14 weeks of gestation by ELLSA.Results The risk and potential of spontaneous premature delivery were increased in pregnant women whose PAPP-A levels were lower,and there was a positive correlation between the two factors（P 〈0.05）.Conclusion The trophoblast function may be damaged if the PAPP-A levels are too low at early pregnancy,as a result,which may result in spontaneous premature delivery,so the detection of PAPP-A levels at early pregnancy may contribute to preventing spontaneous premature delivery.
