帕金森病的治疗进展

帕金森病是一种常见于中老年人群的神经系统变性疾病,其症状表现静止性震颤、身心反应迟钝、僵直和姿势不稳,确切病因尚不明了,但有证据表明,帕金森病可能与环境和遗传等因素有关。目前临床上以针对病因的药物治疗为主,疗效减退后则考虑手术治疗。现在还有基因治疗及移植治疗,但均尚在研究阶段,未正式应用于临床。本文就帕金森病的治疗状况及进展予以介绍。

Therapeutic Progress of Parkinson's Disease

Parkinson＇s disease（PD） is a common degenerative disease in older people. It is characterized clinically by resting tremor, bradykinesia, rigidity, and postural instability. Although the main cause remain unclear, it has been believed to be associated with environment and genetic factors. At present, the main therapy of PD is etiotropic medication. In case of the therapeutic effects went down, the patients can be considered with operative treatment. With development of the research, genetic therapy and transplantic therapy is emerging. But these two therapies are still in laboratory. This paper reviewed current status and progress in therapy of PD at present.
