| 摘 要： | 目的探讨稳定期和活动期类风湿关节炎（RA）患者白细胞介素-17（IL-17）水平的变化。方法应用酶联免疫吸附技术（ELSIA）检测40例健康体检者和120例稳定期和活动期RA患者的IL-17水平，同时检测白细胞计数（WBC）、红细胞计数（RBC）、血小板计数（PLT）、血沉（ESR）、类风湿因子（RF）、C反应蛋白（CRP）等实验室指标。结果IL-17，PLT，ESR，RF，CRP等指标RA患者组均高于健康对照组（P〈0．05）。RA患者活动期PLT，ESR，RF，CRP，IL-17水平均显著高于稳定期（P〈0．05）。结论IL-17与RA免疫炎症有关，其水平高低可反映痛惜活动变化。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the interleukin-17（ IL-17） level in rheumatoid arthritis（ RA） patients. Methods IL-17 was detected in 120 patients with RA and 40 healthy controls by using enzyme linked immuno -sorbent assay method. WBC, RBC,PLT, ESR, RF and CRP were examined respectively. Results The levels of IL-17,PLT,ESR,RF and CRP in RA patients were significantly higher than that of healthy controls （ P 〈 0.05）. The levels of IL-17, PLT,ESR, RF and CRP in RA patients of active stage were significantly higher than that of stable stage（ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion IL-17 level is closely associated with inflammation and disease activity in RA. |
