金港温莪术指纹图谱研究

摘    要:目的进行金港榄香烯脂质体注射液的原药材温莪术指纹图谱的研究,实现注射液的安全、有效、稳定、可控。方法采用气相色谱法(GC)对其指纹图谱进行测定,通过中药指纹图谱相似度计算软件,对10批不同产地的原药材温莪术GC指纹图谱进行相似度计算。结果测定方法稳定可靠,标示出温莪术共有特征峰12个,各批次温莪术原药材相似度不低于0.95。结论测定方法准确可靠,重复性良好。建立的金港温莪术指纹图谱可以保证不同批次产品的质量稳定性和安全性。

Fingerprint Spectrum Study on KingKong Curcuma Aromatica Salisb

Abstract:Objective To carry on the fingerprint spectrum study of the raw material,Curcuma Aromatica Salisb in KingKong Elemene Injection so as to achieve the safety, effectiveness, stability and controlla- bility of the injection. Methods Gas chromatography (GC) was adopted for the determination of the finger- print spectrum. The similarity calculation software of Chinese medicine fingerprint spectrum was used for the similarity calculation of GC fingerprint spectrum of 10 batches of Curcuma Aromatica Salisb from different or- igins. Results This method was stable and reliable. Totally 12 character peaks of Curcuma Aromatica Salisb were indicated. The similarity of the different batches was less than 0.95. Conclusion This determination method is accurate, reliable and good in repeatability. The fingerprint spectrum of KingKong Curcuma Aromatica Salisb guarantees the stability and safety of the different product batches.
