父母养育压力及日常活动对婴儿气质的影响

目的:探讨父母的养育压力及父母与儿童的日常活动对早期婴儿气质的影响。方法:以430名6月龄的婴儿及其父母作为研究对象,分别应用养育压力量表(Parenting Stress Index,PSI)、父母与孩子的日常活动问卷、幼儿气质行为评定量表(Infant behavior questionnaires,IBQ)对父母的养育压力、父母与儿童的日常活动及婴儿气质进行调查。结果:母亲的养育压力与婴儿的积极情绪及活动性具有相关性,而父亲的养育压力中只有亲子互动失调与婴儿气质维度中的情绪和活动性有关。母亲与婴儿的日常活动与婴儿气质各维度之间均有相关性,但是父亲与婴儿的日常活动与婴儿气质的各个维度之间均无相关性。结论:在婴儿与父母的日常活动中,母亲与婴儿之间的日常活动相对于父亲而言会更多地影响早期婴儿的气质,而且父母的养育压力均会影响到婴儿的气质。

Effects of parenting stress and daily activities of parents on infantile temperament

Objective:To explore the effects of parental stress and daily activities of parents on early infantile temperament.Methods:430 6-months-old infants and their parents were selected.Parenting stress of parents,parent-child daily activities and infantile temperament were surveyed by Parenting Stress Index(PSI),parent-child daily activities questionnaire and Infant Behavior Questionnaires(IBQ).Results:There was correlation between parenting stress of mothers and positive emotion and activity level of infants,but only dysfunctional father-child relationship of parenting stress of fathers was related to emotion and activity of infants.There was correlation between mother-child daily activities and infantile temperament,but for father-infant daily activities,there was no correlation.Conclusion:Among parent-child daily activities,compared with father-infant daily activities,mother-infant daily activities as well as parenting stress of parents affects early infantile temperament obviously.
