| 摘 要： | 目的分析孕产妇死亡原因,寻找围产期保健和产科管理薄弱环节,采取有效干预措施,降低孕产妇死亡率。方法对2006年1月—2009年12月湛江市孕产妇的死亡原因进行回顾性分析。结果 4年间,孕产妇死亡48例,平均死亡率为12.77/10万,比2000年的27.90/10万下降一倍多(χ2=8.41,P<0.01)。孕产妇死亡仍以产科出血为主,产后出血、羊水栓塞和妊娠高血压疾病占孕产妇死亡前三位。孕产妇死亡与分娩地点和孕期保健有关。结论产科建设、产科质量和孕期保健是影响孕产妇死亡率的主要因素,计划生育也是影响孕产妇死亡的重要因素。乡镇卫生院硬件设施欠缺,技术人员缺乏,孕期保健管理不系统、不规范。因此,必须加强基层医院建设,加大孕产期保健管理力度,提高孕产妇自我保健意识,让每位孕产妇都能得到应有的保健服务,这是不能忽略的重要措施。
