社区2型糖尿病患者健康素养现状及影响因素分析

[目的]观察社区2型糖尿病患者健康素养现状,并分析健康素养的影响因素.[方法]采用自行开发的健康素养量表对延吉市151名社区2型糖尿病患者进行问卷调查,了解调查对象的健康素养状况及其相关因素,并对结果进行分析.[结果]27.8%的2型糖尿病患者健康素养处于低水平,72.2%处于健康素养良好水平.健康素养单因素分析结果显示,不同健康素养水平组民族、年龄、职业、文化程度及收入水平间差异均有统计学意义.健康素养Logistic回归分析结果显示,职业、文化程度、民族及年龄对健康素养有影响.[结论]2型糖尿病人群中普遍存在低健康素养现象,提高健康素养是促进糖尿病患者进行有效自我管理的重要途径.

Analysis of the status quo and influencing factors of health literacy of type 2 diabetes mellitus in communities

OBJECTIVE To observe and analyze the status quo and influencing factors of health literacy of type 2 diabetes mellitus（DM） in communities.METHODS The questionnaire survey in 151 cases of type 2 DM in communities of Yanji city were performed by using self-developed scale of health literacy to analyze their current status and related factors of health literacy.RESULTS 27.8% of patients with type 2 DM had low health literacy and 72.2% of patients had adequate health literacy.Univariate analysis for health literacy indicated that there were significantly differences in race,age,occupation,educational degree and economic status among patients with different level of health literacy.Logistic regression analysis for health literacy indicated that occupation,educational degree,race and age predicted the level of health literacy.CONCLUSION The status quo of low health literacy is common in the patients with type 2 DM in communities of Yanji city,and to improve levels of health literacy is an important way to conduct effective self-management for the patients with type 2 DM.
