一期前后路联合入路手术治疗下腰椎结核

目的:探讨一期前后联合入路手术治疗下腰椎结核的疗效。方法:回顾分析2004年起采用前后联合手术治疗下腰椎结核26例的临床效果。对26例下腰椎结核患者采用一期前路病灶清除、椎体间植骨加后路椎弓根钉内固定术,术后随访6月～5年。结果:本组26例植骨块均骨性融合,神经功能也有不同程度恢复,无局部复发病例。结论:一期前后联合入路病灶清除、椎体间植骨加后路椎弓根钉内固定术,能彻底清除结核病灶,尤其脊柱后突角度较大时,能提高脊柱的稳定性及矫形率,促进植骨块的骨性融合及病灶愈合。
