论医院质量管理推行ISO9000族标准的必要性

The necessity of using ISO-9000 standards in hospital quality management

Quality of medical service is the life of hospital, which is the eternal theme for hospital management. To meet the new challenge, the ISO-9000 Standards of business administration have been used by some hospital managers to run the hospital. In order to realize the management regulation into normalization and to diminish medical errors as well as enhance the service level, ISO-9000 standards should be widely used. The benefits of hospital such as improving efficiency and process of economic and decreasing cost of medical affairs will also be obtained from the administration. In this paper the necessity of using ISO-9000 standards were discussed in 8 parts. We hope that great advance will be achieved by using this managing system.
