| 摘 要： | 通过动脉灌注,对成人尸体肢体42侧(上肢6侧和下肢36侧)的骨膜血供进行了研究。骨膜血供主要有骨膜固有血管、肌骨膜血管和筋膜骨膜血管,附加的有皮质毛细血管吻合。在骨的非关节面外周,骨膜的血管组成一连续的骨膜血管网。通过此网与肌、筋膜和骨的血管相连,使骨膜获得血供。对骨膜血供的临床意义作了简要的讨论。

| Abstract: | The blood supply of periosteumdemonstrated on 42 extremities(upper 6and lower 36) of adult cadavers bymeans of arterial perfusion was foundto be derived principally from theintrinsic periosteal vessels,the mus-culoperiosteal vessels and the fascio-periosteal vessels,with additional re-inforcement through cortical capilla-ry anastomoses.All the periostealvessels communicated with each otherto form a continuous periosteal arte-rial network on the non-articular su-rface of the bone,which further exte-nded to become connected with bloodvessels of the neighboring muscles,fascia and bone. |
