| 摘 要： | 本文调查64具尸体左膈下动脉的返(胃)支.其出现率为45.3%.成人平均长21.2mm,起始部平均外径1.2mm。该支动脉分布于胃底后壁和贲门及食管腹段后壁.根据动脉命名原则,作者建议命名为胃上动脉(superior gastric aftery).并探讨其在临床上的意义.

| Abstract: | The recurrent branch(superiorgastric artery)of left inferior phre-nic artery was observed in 64 adultcadaver specimens with an occurrenceof 45.3%.The length of the arteryis 21.2mm and the outer diameter atits origin is 1.2mm averagely.Theartery sends branches to the back co-ast of gastric fundus,cardia of sto-mach,and the posterior side of eso-phagus in the abdominal section.Ac-cording to the arterial nomenclatureprinciple and clinical significance,theauthors suggested that the recurrentbranch of left inferior phrenic arterybe named as superior gastric artery. |
