磷酸氯喹与多烯酸乙酯胶丸治疗OLP疗效观察

目的 :观察磷酸氯喹与多烯酸乙酯胶丸联合治疗口腔扁平苔癣临床疗效。方法 :180例OLP随机分为试验组和对照组 ,试验组 :用磷酸氯喹与多烯酸乙酯胶丸联合治疗 ;对照组A、B分别仅用磷酸氯喹或多烯酸乙酯胶丸进行治疗 ;结果 :总有效率 :试验组为 86.7% ,对照组A为 71.67% ,对照组B为 68.3 3 % ,试验组与对照组A比较 ,有显著差异 (X2 =4.93 ,P <0 .0 5 ) ,试验组与对照组B比较 ,也有显著差异 (X2 =5 .78,P <0 .0 5 )。二年后复发率 ,试验组为 17.3 1% ,对照组A为 3 8.46% ,对照组B为 45 .16% ,试验组与对照组A比较 ,有显著差异 (X2 =5 .13 ,P <0 .0 5 ) ,试验组与对照组B比较 ,也有显著差异 (X2 =7.5 2 ,P <0 .0 1)。结论 :磷酸氯喹与多烯酸乙酯胶丸联合用药治疗OLP临床效果较满意

Clinical efficacy of combining treatment of oral lichen planus with chloroquine and ethyl polyenoate soft capsules

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of combining treatment of oral lichen planus with Chloroquine and Ethyl polyenoate Soft Capsules. Method:180 patients were divided into the experimental group and two control groups at random sample and with the single blind method. The experimental group was treated with Chloroquine and Ethyl polyenoate Soft Capsules; the control group A was treated only with Chloroquine. and the control group B was treated with Ethyl polyenoate Soft Capsules.Result:1.The total effectiveness: the experimental group is 86.7%, the control group A is 71.67.%, the control group B is 68.33%. there is obvious difference between two groups(X 2=4.93, P <0.05).There is also obvious difference between the experiment group and the control group B(X 2=5.78, P <0.05). 2.The recurrent rate after two yeas is that the experimental group is 17.31%, the control group A is38.64%, the control group B is 45.16%. The experiment group compared with the control group A ,there is obvious difference between two group (X 2=5.13, P < 0.05 ). The experiment group compared with the control group B, obvious different between two groups (X 2=7.52, P <0.01).Conclusion:The treatment of oral lichen planus with Chloroquine and Ethyl Polyenoate Soft Capsules has achieved rather satisfied clinical result.
