舍曲林治疗阿尔茨海默病伴发抑郁症状的对照研究

目的：比较舍曲林与阿米替林治疗阿尔茨海默病（AD）的抑郁症状临床疗效和安全性。方法：60例有抑郁症状的诊断为AD的患者,随机分成2组,分别用舍曲林和阿米替林治疗6周。采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）,副反应量表（TESS）和长谷川痴呆量表（HDS）于治疗前和1,2,4,6周末分别评定疗效和不良反应。结果：舍曲林与阿米替林组HAMD评分差异无显著性。舍曲林较阿米替林组少而轻。结论：舍曲林治疗阿尔茨海默的抑郁症状疗效好,安全性高,不良反应轻微。

COMPARATIVE STUDY BETWEEN SERTRALINE AND AMITRIPTYLINE IN TREATMENT DEPRESSION INDUCED BY ALZHEIMER DISEASE

Objective：To compare the efficacy and security of sertraline and amitriptyline in the treatment of depression induced by Alzheimer disease （AD）. Methods：Sixty patients with depression induced by AD were randomly divided into the treatment groups of sertraline or amitriptyline for 6 weeks. Clinical progress was examined with HAMD , TESSandHDS. Results：No remarkable differences in the efficacy were found between two groups, but the side effects of sertraline were fewer and milder than that of amitriptyline. Conclusion：Sertraline is an effective and safdrug in the treatment of depression associated with Alzheimer disease.
