| 摘 要： | 目的：研究黄芪多糖和顺铂联合应用对人胃癌SGC-7901细胞增殖的影响。方法：采用四甲基偶氮唑蓝（MTT）法观察黄芪多糖和顺铂对胃癌SGC-7901细胞的抑制作用。结果：黄芪多糖能抑制人胃癌SGC-7901细胞株的增殖,并呈浓度及时间依赖性,黄芪多糖和顺铂联合应用应用对胃癌细胞的抑制作用显著高于单用黄芪多糖、顺铂组。结论：黄芪多糖在体外对胃癌细胞株SGC-7901细胞的增殖有明显的抑制作用,黄芪多糖和顺铂联合应用效果强于单独用药组。

| Abstract: | Objective：To investigate the antir proliferation effect of Astragalus polysaccharides combined with cisplatin on the human Gastric Cancer cell line SGC- 7901 in vitro. Methods：The inhibitory effects of Astragalus polysaccharides and cisplatin on growth of SGC -7901 cells was tested by the method of MTT. Results：Astragalus polysaccharides inhibited the growth of the human Gastric Cancer cell line SGC -7901 in a concentration and time dependent manner. Compared with either Astragalus polysaccharides or cisplatin alone,combining Astragalus polysaccharides with cisplatin increased the growth inhibition of SGC -7901 cells . Condusion：Astragalus polysaccharides could significantly inhibit the growth of Gastric Cancer cell line SGC -7901 in vitro and it has a synergistic inhibitory effect when combined with cisplatin |
