| 摘 要： | 目的：观察喉癌淋巴管的微细分布特征,为探讨喉癌淋巴转移机理提供形态学依据。方法：采用5′-核苷酸酶-碱性磷酸酶双重染色法（5′-Nase-ALP）观察。结果：喉癌中央区未见淋巴管,癌周区淋巴管数量较正常区明显增多。结论：喉癌淋巴管的分布及形态的改变与肿瘤细胞经淋巴道转移密切相关。

| Abstract: | Objective ： To observe the morphology of lymphatics in the laryngeal cancer to provide the morphologicdata for the study of the molecular mechanism of tumor metastasis, phosphatase double staining was utilized in this study. Results ：There were no lymphatics in cancinomatous center region. Compared with normal region,there were more initial sion： Thes c lymphatics in peripheral hange of the distribution region of laryngeal cancer. Methods： The 5′ - Nucleotdas - alkaline Conclusion：Thes change of the distribution and structer in the tumor lymphic vessels have close relation to lymphatic metastasis. |
