原发性胆囊癌中p16基因蛋白表达及临床意义

目的 探讨Ｐ１６基因蛋白与胆囊癌发生，发展及临床预后的关系，方法 采用免疫组化方法对３８例原发性胆囊癌和２０例慢性胆囊炎，Ｐ１６的表达进行观察。结果 Ｐ１６在胆囊良性病变中的阳性表达率明显高于胆囊癌（＊Ｐ〈０．０１），Ｐ１６基因蛋白表达与胆囊癌的浸润性及淋巴结密切相关（Ｐ〈０．０１），但与肿瘤的病理类型及分化程度无相关性（Ｐ〉０．０５），结论 检测Ｐ１６对临床正确估计胆囊癌的浸恶性循环性，淋巴结转

The expression of p16 gene in gallbladder carcinomas and its clinical significance

Objective To study expression patterns and clinical significance of p16 gene in gallbladder carcinomas. Methods The expression of p16 was assayed in 38 cases of gallbladder carcinomas and 20 cases of chronic cholecystitis by S P immunohistochemical method. Results The positive expression rate in benign lesion was higher than that in malignant tumor ( P <0 01),and the expression of p16 had close relationship with the invasiveness and lymphnode matastasis( P <0 01) except the pathological types and differentiation ( P >0 05). Conclusion The investigation of p16 is of great importance in evaluating the invasiveness of tumor, metapo tential of lymphnode and clinical prognosis.
