| 摘 要： | 目的：了解白血病病人异基因造血干细胞移植后患者TCR VβT细胞免疫功能重建的情况。方法：彩和RT－PCR扩增5例CML和1例AML－M2a移植后（1－7个月)患者外周血单核的TCR Vβ24个亚家族基因，分析其TCR Vβ亚家族的表达情况。结果不同标本中仅检测到2－8Vβ亚家族的T细胞，不同患者中缺乏的TCRVβ亚家族不尽相同。结论移植后病人外周血TCRVβ亚家族T细胞部分受抑制，此方法可详细了解病人T细胞免疫功能重建的情况。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the reconstitution of T cell receptor repertoire following allo-eneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation. Methods TCR Vβ subfamily genes in peripheral blood mononuclear cells from 6 cases of leukemia were amplified by RT-PCR. Results Only 2-8 Vβ subfamily T cells were found in samples from these patients, and there were different demonstrations in different patients. Conclusion TCR repertoire complexity was abnormal in all patients, most of it was influenced after transplantation, and the method may be demonstrated the reconstitution of T cell after transplanta-tion. |
