老年心力衰竭患者健康教育效果评价

目的探索健康教育对老年心力衰竭患者的影响。方法对试验组271例老年心力衰竭患者进行针对性健康教育,而对照组261例患者进行一般护理,比较两组住院次数和猝死率的差异。结果试验组6个月复发率、再入院率和6个月后2次以上入院率明显低于对照组,两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.01);猝死率两组比较差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论实行健康教育能有效预防老年心力衰竭患者猝死,减少住院次数。

The Effect Evaluation of Health Education in Old-age Patients with Heart Failure

Objective To investigate the effects of health education in old-age patients with heart failure.Methods 532 patients were randomly divided into experiment and control groups. In experiment group, health education was performed besides general nursing care, in control group, we only give them general nursing care. The times of re-hospitalization and sudden death rate were compared in 6 months.Results Two groups composed, one time and more than twice hospitalization rate were decreased significantly (P<0.01) in experiment group. And sudden death rate also reduced (P<0.05).Conclusion By the health educating, the cardiogenic sudden death of old-age patients with heart failure can be prevented and the times of hospitalization was reduced.
