颅内静脉系统血栓的临床和磁共振静脉血管成像的诊断

目的 探讨颅内静脉系统血栓的病因、临床特点、治疗及磁共振静脉血管成像对其早期诊断价值。方法 回顾分析32例经磁共振和(或)DSA检查确诊的静脉系统血栓患者的临床资料及影像学特点。结果 磁共振和磁共振静脉血管成像能直接显示静脉窦血管闭塞及血栓栓子及治疗后的血管再通状况；早期抗凝治疗观察组与对照组比较，二组好转率、治愈率及病死率均有显著性差异。结论 磁共振静脉血管成像对静脉系统血栓早期诊断具有重要意义，而早期抗凝治疗可以改善静脉系统血栓患者的预后。

Clinical features and MRI imaging in the diagnosis of 32 cases of intracranial venous thrombosis

Objective To analyze the etiology,clinical features,and treatment as well as the value of early magnetic resonance venography(MRV)diagnosis. Methods 32 cases of venous thrombosis diagnosed with MR imaging(MRI) and/or DSA examinations were retrospectively reviewed. Results MRI and MRV could directly show vascular occlusion of venous sinus and thrombosis, and display the recanalization after therapy. There was significant difference in the improving rate, curing rate and death rate between observation group and control group. Conclusion MRV plays an important role in the early diagnosis of venous thrombosis. Thus early anticoagulation treatment can improve the prognosis.
