电视关节镜在膝关节疾病诊治中的应用价值

目的 探讨电视关节镜在膝关节疾病中的诊断治疗价值。方法 采用电视关节镜对179个病变的膝关节进行诊断、治疗，分析其与传统方法的诊断符合率、治疗效果、并发症的差异。结果 35例病因不明的膝关节疼痛患者经过关节镜检查后100％明确了诊断，并得到了及时的合理的治疗，优良率77％。结论 电视关节镜技术对膝关节疾病的诊断有极高的价值。

Applied Study of Arthroscopy on Knee Disorders

To investigate the value of the arthroscopy in the diagnosis and treatment of the patient with knee disorders. Methods 179 knee of 163 patients were tested arthroscopies . The di-agnosis matching rate, treatment result and complication was compared with traditional methods. Re-sults 35 cases with knee pains were clearly diagnosed by arthroscopic and got timely treatment. The improvement rate was 77%. Conclusion Arthroscopy is an effective and reliable method to diagnose and treat knee diseases.
