厄贝沙坦对自发性高血压大鼠心、肾病理变化的影响

目的　观察厄贝沙坦对自发性高血压大鼠 (SHR)心、肾损害的影响。方法　 2 4只 2 0周龄的雄性SHR随机分成 3组 ,治疗组用厄贝沙坦灌胃 4周 ,安慰剂对照组同期给予等容量羧甲基纤维素钠灌胃。结果　两治疗组大鼠血压降至正常 ,心肌细胞及冠脉接近正常 ,肾脏病变较安慰剂对照组明显减轻 ;二倍治疗量治疗组与治疗量治疗组差别不明显。结论　厄贝沙坦在显著降低SHR血压的同时 ,可逆转SHR心肾的损害 ;二倍治疗量治疗组与治疗量治疗组在逆转心肾的损害上无显著差异

The effect of Irbesartan on target organs of spontaneously hypertensive rats

Objective To investigate the effect of Irbesartan on the lesion of heart and kidney of spontaneously hypertensive rats .Methods 24 male rats of 20 weeks old were divided into 3 random groups. The therapy groups were perfused irbesartan for 4 weeks ,while equal carboxymethylcellulose sodium was administerted to control group in the same way. Results The blood pressure of the two therapy groups decreased to normality, and their myocardium cells and coronal arteries were almost normal;the kidney lesion went into remission more strikingly than that of placebo control group; and the difference between group of double dose and therapeutic dose was insignificant. Conclusion Irbesartan can notably decrease blood pressure of SHR, and inverse lesion of SHR's heart and kidney; meanwhile, there is no significant difference between the two therapy groups in inversion of lesion of heart and kidney.
