| 摘 要： | 随着磁共振扩散加权成像（DWI）的表面扩散系数（ADC）值的变化规律及扩散成像的量化分析、背景抑制磁共振弥散加权成像（DWIBS）等技术开发应用，肝占位性病变的准确诊断与鉴别诊断已成为可能。

| Abstract: | With the development and application of quantitatively analyzing the apparent diffusion coefficient（ADC）valnes in the diffusion weighted MR imaging （DWI）and the diffusion weighted MR imaging of background suppression （DWIBS）,the accurate diagnosis and differential diagnosis of hepatic space-occupying lesions have became possibilities. |
