半自动活检针在腋下淋巴结穿刺活检中的效果观察

目的 观察半自动活检针在腋窝淋巴结穿刺活检诊断中的临床应用效果。方法 选取2019年1月至2020年2月我科乳腺癌腋窝淋巴结肿大患者100例,在超声引导定位下,分两组采取半自动粗针穿刺活检(实验组)和全自动粗针穿刺活检(对照组),分别将半自动活检针和全自动活检针破皮后置入腋下肿大淋巴结边缘,分别手动和自动控制针芯至淋巴结髓质内,按压尾部击发扳机,弹出套管后将其淋巴结组织取样活检。结果 实验组穿刺组织满意度高于对照组(94.9% VS 87.8%)；两组的病理准确率、假阴性率、灵敏度、特异度等指标差异无明显统计学意义(P＞0.05)；实验组并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论 应用半自动活检针穿刺诊断乳腺癌腋窝肿大淋巴结,是一种准确便捷、安全高效的活检方法,在临床上具有重要意义。

The effect of semi-automatic biopsy needle in axillary lymph node biopsy

Objective To observe the clinical effect of semi-automatic biopsy needle in the diagnosis of axillary lymph node biopsy.Methods From January 2019 to March 2020, the 100 breast patients with axillary lymphadenopathy were selected.Under the guidance of ultrasound, they were divided into two groups: the experimental group and the control group, the semi-automatic biopsy needle and fully automatic biopsy needle were inserted into the edge of axillary lymph node after skin incision, the needle core was manually or automatically controlled into the medulla of lymph nodes, press the trigger at the end, the lymph nodes were sampled and biopsied after the cannula was ejected. Results The satisfaction of puncture tissue in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group (94.9% vs 87.8%); There was no significant difference in pathological accuracy, false negative rate, sensitivity and specificity between the two groups (P>0.05); The incidence of complications in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Semi-automatic biopsy needle is an accurate, convenient, safe and efficient method for the diagnosis of breast axillary enlarged lymph nodes, which have very important clinical significance.
