多原发恶性肿瘤73例临床分析

目的探讨多原发癌(multiple primary malignancies,MPMs)患者的临床特点、诊断、治疗及预后。方法对1993年5月至2009年5月治疗的73例MPMs患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 73例多原发癌全部为双重癌,发生率为0.57%。同时性MPMs 25例,异时性MPMs 48例。首发癌发病高低顺序为消化系统、头颈部、乳腺、肺。重复癌的发病高低顺序为消化系统、肺、头颈部、泌尿、生殖系统、乳腺。结论提高对MPMs的认识,做到早发现、早诊断及积极治疗,可延长生存期,改善预后。

Clinical analysis for 73 patients with multiple primary malignancies

Objective To investigate the clinical characteristic,diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of multiple primary malignancies（MPMs）.Methods The clinical data of 73 patients with multiple primary malignancies between May 1993 and May 2009 were retrospectively analyzed.Results All the 73 patients had double primary carcinomas,the incidence was 0.57%.There were 25 cases of synchronous MPMs and 48 cases of metachronous MPMs.The sites of index cancers in decreasing sequence were digestive,head and neck region,breast,lung.The sites of double cancers in decreasing sequence were digestive,lung,head and neck region,genitourinafy system.Conclusion Early diagnosis and detection,active and effective treatment can prolong the survival span and improve the prognosis of MPMs patients.
