| 摘 要： | 目的探讨视觉增强影像处理软件(enhanced visualization image processing,EVP)技术在髋关节侧位数字化X线摄影(DR)中的应用价值。资料与方法对40例患者的髋关节侧位DR图像应用EVP技术进行重建,由两位影像科高年资医师对DR原始图像和EVP重建图像进行对比分析,评价髋关节各构成骨整体以及周边软组织显示情况。结果经EVP技术处理的髋关节侧位DR图像对髋关节各构成骨整体以及周围软组织的显示明显优于原始图像(P<0.05)。结论 EVP技术能有效提高髋关节侧位DR图像的质量。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the EVP(enhanced visualization image processing) technology in the lateral radiography of hip joints.Materials and Methods Forty patients with lateral radiography of hip joints were included in this study.Original DR image were reconstructed by EVP technology,hip joints and surrounding soft tissue of original image and reconstructed image were evaluated by two radiological experts.Results The demonstration of hip joints and surrounding soft tissue on EVP reconstructed images was better than that on original images(P<0.05).Conclusion EVP technology can effectively improve the quality of lateral radiography of hip joints. |
