川穹嗪在新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病中的作用

目的观察川穹嗪注射液在新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病中的治疗作用。方法将40例新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病患儿随机分为两组,每组各20例。对照组按照新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病标准方案治疗,干预组在标准方案基础上加用川穹嗪注射液治疗。结果干预组患者3周后脑电图检查与对照组比较差异无统计学意义（χ2=0.11,P〉0.05）;两组治疗后肌酸激酶脑型同工酶（CK-BB）浓度比较差异有统计学意义（χ2=4.82,P〈0.05）。结论川穹嗪注射液能减轻缺氧缺血性脑病患儿的大脑损伤,但是对长期预后的改善作用还需要进一步研究。

Effect of ligustrazine injection on neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of ligustrazine injection on neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy.Methods Forty cases of neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy were randomly divided into two groups,and 20 cases in each groups.Both group received the standard treatment,and the intervention group received ligustrazine injection for 14 days in addition.Results There was no significant difference in EEG examination resalts between the two groups 3 weeks after treatment(χ2=0.11,P>0.05);But there was significant difference in the level of CK-BB between the two groups(χ2=4.82,P<0.05).Conclusion Ligustrazine injection can reduce the brain damage of neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy,but the effect on long-term prognosis needs further studying.
