降钙素原在肝移植术后感染患者中的应用价值

目的探讨血清中降钙素原（PCT）在肝移植术后感染患者中的应用价值。方法检测32例肝移植术后感染患者血清PCT和C-反应蛋白（CRP）水平,并与肝移植术后未感染患者及健康体检者（对照组）进行比较。结果感染组患者血清PCT水平高于非感染组及对照组（P〈0.01）,非感染组高于对照组（P〈0.05）;而感染组与非感染组CRP水平比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,但均高于对照组（P〈0.05）,感染组恢复期血清PCT水平下降,但仍高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论血清降钙素原水平检测有助于肝移植术后感染的早期诊断及鉴别诊断,并可作为判断预后的指标。

Application value of procalcitonin on infection in patients after liver transplantation operation

Objective To investigate the application value of plasma procalcitonin(PCT) on infection in patients after liver transplantation operation.Methods The levels of plasma PCT and C-reactive protein(CRP) in 32 patients with postoperative infection who underwent liver transplantation were detected and the levels were compared with patients without postoperative infection and healthy volunteer.Results The level of plasma PCT in postoperative infection group was significantly higher than that in without postoperative infection group and healthy volunteer group(P<0.01),and the level of plasma PCT in without postoperative infection group was significantly higher than that in healthy volunteer group(P<0.05).The levels of plasma CRP in postoperative infection group and without postoperative infection group were significantly higher than that in healthy volunteer group(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between postoperative infection group and without postoperative infection group(P>0.05).The level of plasma PCT in postoperative infection group decreased during recovery phase,but it also was higher than that in healthy volunteer group(P<0.05).Conclusion Detection of the plasma levels of PCT is benefitial for early diagnosis and differential diagnosis of infection after liver transplantation,and PCT can be used as an indicator of prognosis.
