镍钛环抱式接骨板内固定治疗多发性肋骨骨折临床分析

目的探讨镍钛合金环抱式接骨板治疗多肋骨折内固定的临床效果。方法 35例多发生肋骨骨折患者使用镍钛合金环抱式接骨板行内固定治疗,并对其治疗效果进行分析总结。结果本研究35例多肋骨折患者术后胸痛显著减轻,胸廓形状恢复正常,反常呼吸消失,呼吸困难显著改善。所有患者均获随访8～34个月,平均(14.6±1.2)个月;术后随访胸片骨折愈合,愈合时间(5.3±1.6)个月;内固定无松动、脱落及断裂,胸廓无畸形。无严重并发症出现。结论应用镍钛合金环抱式接骨板内固定治疗多肋骨折,手术操作简单方便、创伤小、组织相容性好,固定牢靠,并发症少,临床效果满意。

Clinical analysis of internal fixation with grip-type of Ni-Ti alloy plate in treatment of multiple ribs fracture

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of internal fixation with grip-type of Ni-Ti alloy plate on multiple ribs fractures. Methods Thirty-five patients with multiple ribs fractures were given internal fixation with grip-type of Ni-Ti alloy plate,and the clinical effects were retrospectively analyzed. Results The chest pain alleviated,the shape of bony thorax recovered,paradoxical respiration vanished,and dyspnea relieved significantly in all the cases after operation.The cases were followed up from 8 to 34 months with an average of(14.6±1.2) months.All the cases achieved healed fractures.The average time of bone healing was(5.3±1.6) months.No complication happened such as internal fixation loosening,breaking off or chest deformity in all the patients.Conclusion The internal fixation with grip-type of Ni-Ti alloy plate in treatment of multiple ribs fractures is simple,convenient,less invasive,has good tissue compatibility,stable fixation,less complications,and the clinical results are satisfactory.
