系统综合护理对预防泌尿外科术后出血的影响

目的探讨系统综合护理在预防泌尿外科术后出血方面的影响。方法将龙川县人民院自2008年10月至2010年11月收治的128例泌尿外科手术患者随机分为对照组和观察组,两组各64例。其中对照组给予常规的护理措施,观察组在常规护理措施基础上给予系统综合护理措施。比较两组在预防术后出血以及患者满意度方面的差异。结果观察组在预防术后出血以及患者满意度方面均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论系统综合护理在预防泌尿外科术后出血方面有显著的作用,并且能够提高患者的满意度和生活质量,值得在临床上加以推广。

Influence of systematic comprehensive nursing on the prevention of postoperative hemorrhage in urology

Objective To investigate the influence of systematic comprehensive nursing on the prevention of urological postoperative hemorrhage.Methods From October 2008 to November 2010,128 cases underwent urological surgery in our hospital were randomly divided into control group（64 cases） and observation group（64 cases）.Patients in the control group were given routine nursing,and patients in observation group were given systematic comprehensive nursing on the basis of routine nursing.The prevention of postoperative hemorrhage and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The prevention of postoperative hemorrhage and patient satisfaction in observation group were better than those in control group,and the differences were significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The systematic comprehensive nursing in the prevention of urological postoperative hemorrhage has remarkable effect,and can improve the satisfaction and life quality of patients,and worth promoting in clinical practice.
