| 摘 要： | 目的探讨宫颈妊娠的诊治方法及治疗效果。方法对2004年1月至2011年12月16例宫颈妊娠患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,其中A组11例患者予甲氨蝶呤(MTX)联合米非司酮+钳刮术治疗,B组5例患者行介入治疗(子宫动脉化疗灌注加栓塞)+钳刮术。结果有1例患者发生无法控制的出血行子宫全切术,其余患者均保留子宫。结论超声检查对宫颈妊娠的早期诊断有重要价值,甲氨蝶呤联合米非司酮+钳刮术及介入治疗+钳刮术两种保守治疗疗效均可靠。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of cervical pregnancy,and the effects.Methods The clinical data of 16 patients with cervical pregnancy admitted from Jan 2004 to Dec 2011 were retrospectively analyzed.Eleven cases in group A were treated with methotrexate（MTX） combined with mifepristone,5 cases in group B were given interventional therapy（chemotherapy and embolization of uterine artery）.Results One case in group A with uncontrollable hemorrhage,and was given hysterectomy.The others all retain the uterus.Conclusion Ultrasound examination has important value in the early diagnosis of cervical pregnancy.The effects of methotrexate and mifepristone combined with curettage and interventional treatment combined with curettage are both reliable. |
